The DR unit is designed for insertion
directly into a 55-gallon drum,
vat or other suitable storage container,
for melting coconut or other oils, lard and
other fats, tar. The unit is available with
stainless steel,copper or steel elements.
A stainless steel mounting bracket is supplied
for mounting on drum.

The control box houses a calibrated thermostat
providing a range of temperature settings from 60°-250°.
The thermostat can be replaced without replacing the
entire unit. A pilot light indicates when desired
temperature has been reached. A thermal cut-out
and reset button protects against over-heating and
burn-out due to low liquid level or non-immersion.
